For the Authors
-
Please ensure all submissions are completed before the due dates (see Important Dates)
-
The authors must submit all abstracts and full papers via email to TELab@uwindsor.ca. We recommend copying the conference chair (dting@uwindsor.ca) and program chair (vaselbehagh@usf.edu). The conference organizers will send you a receipt note within 24 hours. Please follow up with us if you have not received such notice.
-
Upon submitting an abstract, the authors must clearly indicate whether they plan to submit a full paper or if their submission is an abstract only. Abstract-only submissions must also be presented orally at the conference; however, such works will not be considered for the conference proceedings or any of our books or special issues.
-
CEA conferences have Student Poster Sessions for students who wish to present their research as posters instead of oral presentations. When submitting their abstracts, student authors who plan to present their work in the Poster Session must include "Student Poster Session" in the email's subject. Please note that poster presentations are only for abstracts with a student on the author team. Also, note that you can present your work as a poster or an oral presentation. If you intend to present both a poster and an oral presentation, the content of the material discussed must differ for each presentation.
-
The review process is blind, and the conference editors/chairs will not reveal the reviewers to the authors.
-
The authors must prepare their abstracts and full papers using the following templates.
